We’re looking for a results-driven business development representative to actively seek new business opportunities, engage and build relationships with potential customers. You will drive new business opportunities in the region & provide complete and appropriate solutions for every potential customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generate Lead & contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails
- Achieve weekly outbound meeting targets.
- Schedule appointment/meeting for sales managers
- Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Report to the Sales Manager on lead gen activity
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; freshers welcome
- Strong written and spoken English skills; spoken Hindi is a plus
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach is a plus
- Track record of achieving meeting/appointment
- Fair understanding of sales performance metrics
Salary: Fixed component is Rs. 28,000 per month CTC. On-target variable component is Rs 15,000 per month. The more business you get, the more you earn!
