Devic Earth is looking for a RF Engineer for our Kadugodi, Bangalore head office. This role will be part of our Engineering Team which brings our state-of-the-art technology to the public. of time. Our Pure Skies technology is applicable to a wide range of market segments and geographic territories, with a B2B focus.

 

Responsibilities and Duties
 

The RF Engineer will help to design, implement and maintain our RF-based pollution control technology.

 

The Engineer will have the following duties and responsibilities:


1. Work on the research and development of the next generation RF devices.

 

This involves understanding of the current device and making it more efficient.
The engineer will use the current inputs and design the device to suit new
requirements of frequency and bandwidth. Knowledge of programming and
building the device is required. The Engineer will also test the device to ensure
it is working as per the required specifications.

 

2. Ensure regulatory standards are met
 

Anyone who works in a controlled business, such as telecom, is required by the WPC, FCC and other regulatory bodies to clear a series of assessment. The RF engineer will ensure complete compliance with all the required regulatory and safety regulations in the Indian as well as the global market.
 

Qualifications and Skills
 

To be successful in this field, you will need to have B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, Communication, or a related field with specialization in embedded systems and antenna design. A certification will add value to you as a professional.
 

Required Skills


While the role of RF Engineer is extremely technical, soft skills like active listening, verbal and written communication are essential to success. RF Engineers should also balance being able to work autonomously and cooperate with others.

 

The following skills are preferred:
 Experience in working on embedded systems, digital signal processing and
    antenna design
 Radio Frequency design circuitry
 Should have the ability to understand and study wireless network parameters
 Should know cell site design and LTE networking
 Problem-solving and troubleshooting
 Strong written and spoken communication skills
 Proficiency in written and spoken English
 Proficiency in MS Offiice
 Handling of objections, customer requests, and complaints
 Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Salary and Benefits: Compensation is a combination of a fixed component Rs. 4.8 Lakh - 6 Lakh p.a
