We’re hiring an Assistant Manager – HR with 3-5 years of experience. This is an HR generalist position that will help our fast-growing startup expand.

Devic Earth is a green tech start-up with a breakthrough technology that has revolutionized our approach to air pollution. Roles and Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for HR for the entire organization:

  • Own all aspects of recruitment, onboarding, retention, and offboarding
  • Own all aspects of employee appraisals
  • Lead the Learning and Organizational Development program
  • Lead the Employee Engagement program
  • Update our comp and benefits with an outsourced consultant
  • Optimize HR costs
  • Formulate HR strategy with senior management
  • Dispute resolution and complaint handling
  • Ensure compliance with ISO9001:2015 standards related to HR
Ensure compliance with relevant labour codes, minimum wage laws, etc.
 

Skills:

  • Prior HR experience of 3-5 years
  • Strong written and spoken English skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and benefits: CTC: 7-10 LPA CTC based on experience; PF; Health Insurance of ₹5 LPA coverage.

Experience: 3-5 years as HR (Generalist) in a reputed company

Qualification: MBA in HR or HR Management

Language: English, Hindi

Job Type: Full-time Work From Office (Kadugodi, Bangalore) Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 6.00 pm
