Paresh Trivedi Joins Devic Earth’s Board of Directors

Mr. Trivedi’s 36 years of experience include setting up Reliance’s mammoth refinery in Jamnagar, Gujarat.

Devic Earth is pleased to announce the addition of Paresh Trivedi to its Board of Directors. This is a part of the structuring carried out as part of the company’s fundraising of INR 10 crore as investment from Blue Ashva Capital (through Blue Ashva Sampada Fund, the green tech NSE 0.90 % firm), an investment fund company to whom Mr Trivedi acts as advisor as well.

Mr Trivedi holds more than 36 years of experience as a chemical engineer. He has formerly worked with Reliance Industries Ltd, where he led multiple technology endeavours for over 30 years. Mr. Trivedi was in fact a member of the core technical team that set up the Jamnagar refinery in Gujarat, which is the world’s largest refinery.

Additionally, Mr Trivedi had headed the overseas operations of BP Chemicals in the rubber industry. He has experience working in the fertilizer and speciality polymer industry, in companies such as GFL Ltd, Deepak Fertilisers & Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd, and Chembond Polymers and Materials Ltd. He is also Independent Director in the Board of GM Breweries Ltd, a company listed on BSE and NSE. By qualification an engineer and energy auditor, he has made significant contribution to the programmes of Niti Aayog Renewable Energy committee, and participated in various forums of ICC and FICCI.

Mr Trivedi’s appointment is in line with Devic Earth’s first institutional funding, which is geared towards expediting the company’s growth, product development and expansion into global markets.
